How long will my t-shirt take to arrive?
We usually ship our orders within 3 days depending on how busy we are and will send you a shipping note so you know your shirt is on its way.
UK address : Most items will arrive the day after they are posted although it has been known to take up to seven days!
European address : These can take anything up to 2 weeks after shipping.
The rest of the world : It has been known to take anything up to 20days to arrive but usually takes just over a week.

I haven’t received my t-shirt yet, where the hell is it guys???
We send out all our UK items by Royal Mail recorded delivery, this stops items getting stolen in the post. Occasionally royal mail does get things wrong or we have a back log. If we have a back log we will email you giving a timescale for arrival. If Royal Mail has “mislaid” your item we will get another one in the post to you straight away. Get in contact with us if you have waited over a week and nothing has arrived and we will get straight back to you and let you know what’s going on.
How much will it cost to send it to me?
Postage and packing costs are:-
For 1 item
UK Delivery:- £2.20
Europe Delivery:- £3.50
Overseas Delivery:- £5.00
Then £1 per extra item.
I dunno whether my order was processed or not?
If you didn’t see an order confirmation page and a transaction number and haven’t received a confirmation e mail from Protx then it is pretty safe to say that you're order wasn’t processed. You're just going to have to do it again.
Will a large t shirt fit me???
As we haven’t had the the chance to meet you yet it would be very hard for us to say whether it will or wont fit you. Visit our changing room for size indications.
I haven’t got a credit card but really want one of your t shirts do you take cheques or money orders?
No problem just follow the shopping cart ordering system to calculate the correct amount for your order and send us a cheque or money order in pounds sterling payable to Kamakazee with the details of the products you want to buy. Don’t forget to send us your personal details and delivery address !!
Im from France do you accept cheques in Euros?
Sorry we can only accept cheques or, money orders in pounds sterling (£). But please wouldn't it be easier to pay by credit card.
What/who are protx?? are they like paypal and do I have to sign up to use them??
No, you do not have to sign up with them they simply handle all our credit card transactions for us in a secure way. to find out more about protx please click here
Can i order over the phone??

Can I return an item from your bargain basement?
We are really sorry but NO! you cannot return anything from the bargain basement so please make sure you double check the sizes to avoid any disappointment and guarantee that bargain buy.
But hey its cheap enough if it doesn’t fit give it to a friend, use as an executive duster or take a long whippy pole take it to that festival and use it as a flag!!
The shirt I have bought dosent fit me properly and I want to send it back and get a refund.
Here at Kamakazee we will try our utmost to provide 100% customer satisfaction.for quality of goods and all round service. We therefore operate a no hassle, no quibbling returns policy for your peace of mind.
We'll be happy to provide you with a replacement or a refund as long as you return it to us in the condition in which you received it within 28 days of placing your order.
