We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Return / Refund Policy
Here at Kamakazee we will try our utmost to provide 100% customer satisfaction.for quality of goods and all round service. We therefore operate a no hassle, no quibbling returns policy for your peace of mind.
You can return your t- shirt to us and we`ll be happy to provide you with a replacement or a refund as long as you return it to us in the condition in which you received it within 28 days of placing your order.
If you need to return an item, please send it to the following address including a note asking for either a replacement shirt or a refund and your name, address and why the are being returned.

We do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 2.5% to cover the fees we are charged by our bank to process the card transaction. We will not charge this fee for returned items.
Delivery Information
We usually ship our orders within 3 days depending on how busy we are and will send you a shipping note so you know your shirt is on its way.
UK address : Most items will arrive the day after they are posted although it has been known to take up to seven days!
European address : These can take anything up to 2 weeks after shipping.
The rest of the world : It has been known to take anything up to 20days to arrive but usually takes just over a week.
